The Masked Singer host got candid about what this means for his future.

Shortly after news broke that The Nick Cannon Show was canceled, host Nick Cannon opened up about how he feels about it and what it will mean for his future.

The 41-year-old TV personality sat down with radio show host Angela Yee to share his perspective on the situation. Nick acknowledged that no matter how much he enjoyed having a show, he also realized that it’s show business and decisions like this one are made all the time. Still, The Masked Singer star is already brainstorming how he can take his existing platform and transform it.

“I show up each and every day bright and early to give you a show but I’m also a business man,” he said during a segment on the show. “This has been a dream come true for me to be able to do this for you each and everyday. But my business mind, I want to expand and elevate in a way. So, I’m still going to be here. I’m still going to do this. We ain’t going nowhere.”

This ain’t over! We still have more shows. This ain’t the last show.”

After Nick’s fans saw his candid interview on The Nick Cannon Show‘s different social media platforms, many expressed how upset they were over the news. “I’m so sad this show is being canceled.
