The poll has LaRose at 27.9%, State Sen. Matt Dolan at 11.1%, and businessman Bernie Moreno at 5%.
Eighteen percent indicated a preference to vote for someone else, and 39.8% said they were undecided about which candidate they wanted to challenge Democrat Sherrod Brown in Ohio’s 2024 U. S. Senate race.
Causeway Solutions conducted the poll, which was commissioned by a group that supports LaRose’s candidacy.
Another poll shows a tighter three-way race, with LaRose leading and nearly 57% of potential Republican voters undecided.
Hours after LaRose announced, Dolan told WLWT News 5 that no poll at this point could accurately reflect where the race stands.
