Kenny Lattimore And Faith Jenkins Tie The Knot!, By Victor Omondi, Posted March 31st 2020

Faith Jenkins, a divorce court’s judge, tied a knot with Kenny Lattimore. It was on the bright Sunday of March 8 when the love birds said “I do” in Los Angeles. DeVon Franklin officiated the ceremony.

Only 275 guests were invited to the ceremony, including renowned people like Stevie Wonder, MC Lyte, Sheryl Lee Ralph, “Grey’s Anatomy” star James Pickens Jr., and author Malcolm Gladwell.

As the bride walked down the aisle, Wonder sang “You and I”.

Lattimore was formerly married to singer Chanté Moore, but they parted ways in 2011. Their 16-year-old son, Lattimore Kenny Jr., was also in the groom’s line at the wedding.

Lattimore and Jenkins first met on a blind date through music producer, Aaron Lindsey, Jenkin’s friend. Faith Jenkins wanted a singer to help her record some Christmas music, and so, Lindsey suggested Lattimore.

However, when Jenkins met Lattimore, what she initially thought was business brewed into love. Of course, in their first conversation, they kept everything professional, but after some time, they crossed their boundaries.

“The first time we met was for lunch, and we talked for two hours,” Jenkins said during an interview. “I don’t know that there was a real spark at first, but it was a genuinely interesting conversation. Kenny thought I wasn’t that interested because I didn’t per se flirt with him. It was lunch! I was just looking for good conversation and to enjoy my turkey club. The flirting would come later! Which it did.”

Jenkins somehow knew Lattimore before Lindsey introduced him to her, but had never met him personally. She knew of his music while still at college, but never imagined the famous artist would be her future husband someday.

Lattimore made his engagement to Jenkins public via Instagram in September 2019.

“I’m happy to share the exciting news about our engagement today! My fiancée @judgefaithjenkins is known to many of you like the beauty with (a whole lot of) brains. She is indeed that & much more,” the singer said in an Instagram post.

He added, “I’m honored you said YES to our forever!”

Alongside the Instagram post, Lattimore captioned a picture with his arm wrapped around Jenkins. Jenkins also posted the same photo on her Instagram page.
