Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are reportedly ending their marriage, according to multiple sources who spoke to E! News and Page Six. And while the couple has largely been living apart for a while, a “big fight” in December allegedly “really upset” Kim.
“They had a big fight in early December,” a source tells Us Weekly. “Kanye blew up at Kim and she was really upset. Things between them don’t seem to have healed since that.”
Meanwhile, sources in Page Six’s original report about the breakup said Kanye is “completely over the entire family.…He wants nothing to do with them,” while Kim “got Kanye to go up there [Wyoming] so they could live separate lives and quietly get things sorted out to separate and divorce. She’s done.”
As for why divorce paperwork hasn’t been filed yet, a source tells E! News that “Kim wants to make sure she’s making the right decision for the kids.…It’s gotten to the point where they haven’t spent time together as a married couple in months. They’ve seen each other for the sake of the kids but have been living separately. Kim knows the marriage is over. She’s known for a while.”
