Cuba Gooding, Jr. Accepts Plea Deal In Connection To Sexual Harassment Case!

More than 20 women have accused Cuba Gooding Jr. of touching or kissing them against their will at various gatherings spanning two decades. On April 13, Gooding Jr. entered a guilty plea in a Manhattan, New York courtroom to one count of forcible touching, according to prosecution records.

In regard to an incident that occurred in Manhattan during 2018, according to The New York Times, Gooding Jr. pled guilty to a misdemeanor charge involving a kiss that was forced on a lady in a nightclub.

Gooding will be sentenced to six months of alcohol and behavior rehabilitation therapy under the terms of the plea agreement. During this period, he is not permitted to be arrested again. After the six months is over, Gooding can suspend his plea agreement, admit to committing harassment, and be sentenced to time served.

“I sincerely apologize to anybody who has ever been improperly touched by me,” Mr. Gooding said in court.

If he does not comply with the terms of the agreement, the “Jerry Maguire” star actor may face a year in prison.
